A digital home for India's pioneering animal-assisted therapy foundation — Asia's only IAHAIO member, and a practice whose whole scope had to fit on one site.
Animal Angels Foundation brings trained therapy dogs and handler teams into clinical and educational settings, and trains the organisations that run those programmes. Their site was five years old, dense and scattered: the scope of the work was in there, but a visitor could not find the shape of it.
Stakeholder interviews and audience research separated the people arriving — prospective clients, volunteers, donors and therapy professionals — and the architecture was rebuilt so each has a route of their own. The therapy animals get profiles rather than a gallery, because the handler teams are the practice, not its decoration.
Soft palette, generous type and restrained motion, matched to the therapeutic nature of the work. Underneath, donations, volunteer sign-up and enquiries all post into the foundation's CRM, and a CMS lets the team publish without calling an engineer.
Our new website reflects the compassion, dedication, and professionalism that are central to Animal Angels Foundation. It has made it easier for our audience to understand, engage, and support our mission.
